Water Mitigation Final Completion. After waiting on back ordered flooring transitions, we were finally able to complete this project. After a washing machine overflow in a vacant beach rental home, we were called in to assess and repair water damages to the flooring, subflooring, affected walls, insulation and cabinetry. We provided a thorough Xactimate estimation of damage and repairs for the owner to forward to his insurance company. This was quickly approved and we went to work on containment and demolition of unsalvageable materials. We then dried the entire area and treated for suspected microbial growth. After everything was cleaned and dry we built everything back to its original condition with new materials. Another very happy customer!
