Yard Drainage in Watersound Origins- recent project.
Our customer was having backyard flooding issues due to poor lot design which is all to common. During heavy rains the small back yard would pool water onto the cement patio and even encroach the screened back porch.
After giving them a detailed solution and free estimate, we got to work. This system utilizes 30 feet of french drain that evacuates water to a drywell on each side of the yard. We also tied in the 2 gutter downspouts and added 2 pop up emitters.
