Water Mitigation Santa Rosa Beach in progress. Our client, an absentee owner had a washing machine malfunction that flooded part of the house. We removed all of the affected cabinets, continuous wood laminate flooring and the tile in the laundry room. We found small areas of microbial growth on drywall, cabinets and the underside of the flooring and tile. We treated the entire area with antimicrobial solution and will thoroughly dry it all to below 14% moisture content before installing the new floors. We also wrote the estimate using Xactimate which helped our client get an easy approval from his insurance company to pay for it all!
