Water Mitigation part 3. Here are the final photos of a restoration job we did in Santa Rosa Beach, Fl. After a faulty washing machine flooded this beach house we were hired to mitigate damages and restore the home to it’s pre-damaged condition.
All of the laminate flooring was removed as well as the tile in the laundry room. We removed all of the kitchen base cabinets where the water had seeped under them. We discovered some suspected microbial growth and contained the area. We then treated the affected areas with an antimicrobial solution as per IICRC guidelines. After replacing some saturated subfloor and removing all of the spray foam we then dried the entire area with dehumidifiers and air movers. We are an IICRC Certified Firm and use best practices to assure the home is clean and healthy.
