- Position Summary
- As a Sales Representative in the gutter installation industry, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by inspecting properties, recommending tailored solutions, and finalizing sales agreements. Your efforts directly contribute to the company’s success by enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing market share. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections to assess gutter installation needs and identify potential challenges.
- Develop customized proposals and solutions that meet customer requirements and budget constraints.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales progress.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
- Be present for installation commencement to ensure the crew has material and proper direction. You may be occasionally required to acquire missing materials.
- Be present for installation completion to ensure customer satisfaction and collection.
- Ask for reviews
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Educate customers on the benefits of gutter solutions and maintenance.
- Attend industry-related events and network to generate new business opportunities.
- Key Tasks / Daily Activities
- Schedule and conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals to potential clients.
- Constantly promote and generate new business.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Update CRM software daily to reflect current sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and strategize on upcoming targets.
- Coordinate with the installation team to confirm project timelines and customer expectations.
- Inspect finished installations and do a 360 walk around with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect final payment and ask for 5 star reviews. (Nimbus will send email with links.)
- Follow up with previous customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote other services offered.
- Encourage positive reviews.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum of 30% conversion rate from leads to closed sales.
- Monthly Revenue Target: Generate approximately $50,000–$100,000 in sales per month.
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain a CSAT of ≥ 4.7/5.0.
- Lead Response Time: Respond to new leads within 12 hours.
- 30/60/90-day ramp expectations: Close 10 sales in the first 30 days, 26 in 60 days, and 50 by 90 days.
