Workmanship Warranty

As stated in estimates and quotes provided by Coastal Property Services 30A, LLC, (the company) shall provide a one year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

What is covered: work that is completed and complete payment is made to the company for work that is done by the company.

What is not covered: materials and supplies used to complete work. Any work that is not completely paid for to the company. Any work that is damaged by weather, theft, acts of vandalism, misuse, fire, smoke, water or any other acts of god, people, animal or organism.

Any service calls that are deemed not warranty related shall incur a minimum $150 service charge plus material and labor.

If either party commences legal action to enforce its rights pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party in said legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation relating to said legal action, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction. Client has a (3) day right to cancel without loss of deposit.

Terms and Conditions

Customers agree to allow access to work site. Work site should be free of obstacles and hazards. Unsafe work conditions and obstacles that hinder the ability to perform the agreed upon scope of work may incur additional charges.

Estimates and quotes are valid for 10 Calendar days. Due to the volatility of metals, prices increase and sometimes decrease continually. Supplier pricing is constantly changing. Unfortunately, procrastination can be costly.

Deposits are mainly to cover materials needed for the job. Most suppliers charge a 25-40% restocking fee. Cancellations may result in a forfeiture of deposit monies.
